The one thing I'm disappointed with, is that it is not remotely water resistant as stated. I wasn't expecting to be able to swim in it, but certainly have a shower. Every time it falls off!Has provided adequate levels of nicotine though.

Adhesion is not good, but if you're determined to stop just use surgical tape. It keepa the patch securely seated so it does the job.I am now on 7mg and 2 months without a single drag, I feel much better, I have way more energy and don't get out of breath walking up a big hill never mind the stairs.Do it you will feel so much better in yourself, you will look better, smell better and most if all you will be rich lol - good luck x
