I’m not really a supplements person. Purchased these on the hype expecting to regret my decision shortly thereafter. I’m about 3 weeks in and I have to say my sleep is the best it’s been for years. I’m getting a good 15-20% more per night than I have for a decade. Coincidence? There’s been no other significant changes to my lifestyle so at the moment I’m putting it down to the NMN. Haven’t noticed any of the other purported benefits yet but until proven otherwise I’m happy with my purchase and will be repeating

Tastes like a sugary lozenge. Dubious origin. May give energy because of sugar, however, not much else. Never seen resveratrol of that colour either. Not convinced. No certification, I feel the label font too small on purpose. Not impressed, will try somewhere else ....
