Excellent product & working in good condition ,having good quality picture& vision

First before buying this i was very much confused after reading all the reviews, some bad and some good.ProsCameras and DVR are branded and they are goodConsWire is not good qualityNeed to put video connector. for better qualityPower supply local quality.Generala)While installing i have discarded this wire and have put better quality.b)Luckily for me all the cameras and DVR worked fine else it will be terrible since you have no option to return selective items.c) i have ordered Purple 1TB separately (not included in the package)Biggest downside : You can find out whether the items are in working conditions after installing the same. Assume one camera is not working, then you have no option to return that alone. You need to do it for whole set and wait for some time.My suggestion: Purchase 2 Dome and 2 Bullet and same DVR separately. you may be spending few hundreds more. If it is not working then you can return that particular item.

The clarity is very good. DVR also is quite good. However, they haven't added any user manual and it took me 2-3 hours to configure the DVR as it assigns an automatic user name and password. We need to install Hikconnect app and then program it. For full setting up of the DVR, a monitor is needed. The Hikvision support line is also extremely helpful

It is dangerous to buy this productHere are the reasons1)first of all this is a mix box which you find brand name hij vision only on dvr and cameras only.2)you don't find even manufacturer's name and address on remaining parts such as mouse and soms.3) it is important to have good branding on snap which loses you badly in case of power problems4)the mouse is very very cheap quality and the remote too with very bad quality5)the bad thing about remote is you find DUMMY on of buttons on it and navigation buttons only will work6)you can not put on and off off dvr with supplied remote which you don't find any brand technical data on product6)the remote is not compatible with the dvr and troubles a lot in operation of dvr7)very very bad thing about dvr is you don't find any physical keys on dvr to control dvr system.8)it is very important point to consider while purchasing this cc system9)un compatible remote with the dvr.10)the point to consider is you can not control dvr without remote which trouble badly in operation of this dvr.11)at the same time you don't find any physical keys to control the dvr.12)this is very very important to consider while purchasing.13)even if you decide to purchase it,first check dvr for physical keys to control before installation which costs you about 3000 rupees each time for installation and un installation.14)the dvr is shutting automatically some times without reason15)i am the verified purchaser with amazon #order 402-5777409-9795562 on 11th november 2016.16)the seller is SECURITY SOlUTIONS.17)fortunately amazon issued me return id for this product18)but iam not interested in return of item because it costs me again a 3500 to pay to the technician to wards un installation of cc system.19)hence I was asked seller to replace only dvr but he was denied and asked to return complete kit which is very difficult to return in the form labour expenses as the seller knows it20)instead of accepting dvr return,seller insisted to return complet kit.21)but the quality of cameras is very good which too appreciate

Good product

Good performance. Easy to install. Colour vision during day. Black and white at night. Clear camera view. Good offer product. However the wire cable length was less.Regarding warranty i am trying to get it done.

Complete system is working fine but remote control does not perform all functions. We have to connect mouse for most of the functions.Picture quality is good in both day and night. The camera power supply and the cable supplied by the seller was not as described in the product combo and not of good quality.If you use long cable to connect the camera, the picture quality will distorted..
