I purchased this item for my wife to have a place to sit and read a book or watch a movie or whatever else she came up with. The product is a good, solid, and well built swing. Easy to assemble and has some good cushions that come with it. The problem is that the cushions for the back take up half of the seating area and it's not comfortable without the cushions. I wanted to return the item and look for something else to better meet with my wife and I's wishes. As I went to return the item it would cost me more to send it back than what I paid for it. I contacted the seller to see if there was some way to get the shipping cost back and they basically said that I have to pay for the shipping or I can give it to someone else. I don't want it, I want my money back to get something else. So if you are thinking of purchasing from this company make sure that you are 100% sure that you aren't going to want to return it because it will cost you big time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would give it negative 5 stars just for this reason.
