Can an elderly senior be able to use this having no 'internet' experience? If not, any suggestions for easy to use laptop w/ Chromebook? Thx!

I am a senior with a LOT of technical experience. This is a standard Chromebook laptop. Chromebooks are the easiest computers to start with and generally take less technical maintenance than Windows computers. I have owned this model for 18 months with no issues. The keyboard is silvery and can be hard to see in low light. This is easy and cheap to solve using a keyboard cover which costs less than $10. An added benefit is that it protects the keyboard from spills and crumbs and is easy to take off and wash and then put back on. The keyboard is backlit which is nice for typing in the dark. This laptop has a touch screen which is nice if you want that feature but might not be necessary. You can shave a little price off by getting a laptop that is not a touch screen. But this has been a nice laptop for me.
