Q: Mine did not come with a scoop

That is a statement, not a question. My bag says 700 mg (1/8 tsp) no mention of a scoop as shown on the package before ordering.

If you are using this as a replacement for table salt, just use a regular salt shaker, but use less than you normally would until you adapt to the taste. Using recipes where measured amounts are required, use your normal measuring spoon set. Unless you are only cooking for yourself, I advise not substituting this for salt called for in meal prep or baking, as it will alter the taste of the recipe. Now for the equivalent. 365 mg equals just less than a 1/8 teaspoon at 0.013 ounces. That's a pretty small scoop, so check the bag to see if any provided scoop settled into the mix during shipping. My bag actually says the serving size is 1/8 teaspoon or 700 mg.
