Great product to purchase on line. I love not having to go to the health food store

I've been taking this supplement for years. What originally drew me to it was the spirulina and bee pollen and it also contains so many other great nutrients. I was on another vitamin routine from my doctor and stopped taking it for a few months so I could tell what if his protocol was working. I noticed my energy was low. After deciding the new program wasn't working, I went back to my basics and this is one of them and my energy came back and stayed good through the day. Highly recommend.

On the advice of some knowledge friends I needed a multi. So off to the nutrition store I went. Since I exercise a lot I needed to replace vital minerals along with supplementing vitamins. The nutritionist recommended these vitamins. Aches instantly went away and I have to credit the addition of this vitamin to my routine. I find them easy to swallow even though they are as big as most vitamins. Amazon's price is almost half of my local nutrition store.

I can confidently say that this is the only vitamin that I will ever use for now on. I can tell when I miss a day taking it. I have so much more energy and feel better when I take these. I like this product because it has a correct balance for a multiple for women. I have taken it over 20 years. I have loved and trusted Nature’s Plus for a long time. They send their products to an independent lab so what is on the ingredients label is in the product. Very good product.

Mini is not mini. I ordered the mini tablet and was very disappointed when I received it it is the same size as a regular tablet

My blood results showed an excess of B6 and B1 in my system after using these vitamins. I checked the quantities and realized it’s really high so threw them in the trash.
