Q: Why isn't the claim of 30% L-dopa listed on the label? All that is shown is the mucuna pruriens and ashwagandha content.

I just discovered this too after buying it 3/22/2023. If you go to the manufacturer site you will see they do not list anywhere in the product description the % L-Dopa, YET, you can see customer review photos on their site where the label says "standardized extract, minimum 30% L-Dopa" It doesn't say that anymore. So they aren't gauranteeing % L-Dopa for some reason so I suspect because they found it can vary too much? In many cases on Amazon a product gets an update and they update the description and photos but Amazon retains the original title. I used to help companies list products on Amazon to sell and this was a frequent problem.

Q: Can this prevent stress?

For me it does reduce anxiety, not exactly "stress". With my chronic Lyme which affects the nerves, what this does is kind of calm that nerve "edginess". It does make my mood happier. It depends on what you mean by "stress". If you mean the cellular destruction or the chemistry of the body that gets messed up in the body due to internal or external factors, I'd say no. If you mean helping you to deal with anxious situations, I'd say yes. I use it before bedtime to calm myself emotionally and it starts to kind of dull the neurological "pain" (not really pain, more like disruption of the small nerves) to prepare me emotionally for sleep which for me is a lot of work.
