I’m seriously blown away by my Essential-Tech earbuds! As soon as I put them in, I could tell they were something special. The sound quality? Absolutely unreal. The bass hits hard and deep without overpowering the rest of the music—it’s just perfect. Whether I’m rocking out to some heavy beats or chilling with mellow tracks, everything sounds so clear and immersive. It’s like I’m hearing my favorite songs all over again for the first time.And let me talk about how solid these things feel. They’re built tough but still look sleek and stylish. I’ve dropped them more than once (oops), but they haven’t gotten a single scratch or shown any signs of damage. You can tell they’re made to handle everyday life, which makes me think they’ll hold up for years. That gives me peace of mind, honestly.But what really stood out to me was the customer service. I had a small issue with the charging case, so I reached out to their support team. Not only did they reply super fast, but they sent me not one, but two replacements to make sure the problem wouldn’t come back. How many companies do you know that would go that extra mile? It felt like they actually cared about making things right for me.

I've been a denizen of the Apple ecosystem since 2006, and my AirPods Pro 1 finally started developing the notorious static and crackling problem, making them unusable on noise cancelling mode. Then I got taken in by fake AirPods Pro 2, and I started looking for an alternative. The orange color is what grabbed me and got me to look at these, and it is gorgeous. I love the silicone feel of the case too. The fit of the buds is very similar to AirPod Pros, which to me is a plus, since those fit in my ears well and aren't too heavy. The equalizer gives you a lot of control over the sound, which I love--I love messing with equalizers. So far they sound great, and the spatial audio option is impressive.I will say, as a staunchly anti-AI person I was almost put off by the mention of ChatGPT in the description. But that won't even work if you don't also have a Nothing phone, which I don't, so I'm safe from the robots in my earbuds for now.All in all, I wish I'd gotten these sooner!

Now I'd like to start this with the fact that I've never had the current air pods or Samsung buds so I can't say whether they are better but what I can tell you is these are AMAZING! Between the incredible rich sound quality and the CRYSTAL CLEAR phone call audio these are hands down my best earbuds/headphones to date. Also the amount of features these have built in is quite impressive but certainly not the selling point.First off, the music quality. When I say I've never had a better sounding pair of buds I promise you I'm not exaggerating. Deep, rich, punchy bass and crystal clear detailed mids and trebles. And all well balanced even without messing with the eq. Look at the end for my config to get the most out of these for quality. My new fav past time is just sitting and listening to music thru these because it's such a beautiful experience.Second, the audio quality and mics. My biggest problem with ear buds has always been the phone call quality especially since I work in the field so it's never quiet. Doesn't matter with these. Heck, I can have the windows down and still have phone calls. It's not as clear as before but still, first pair I've ever had that that's possible. Most other pairs I've had wouldn't even work in a quiet room. 10/10.Third and honestly the only part that doesn't make these the most perfect headphones of all time. The features are great and very useful especially the fact that you can map out what your controls and touches do but also that they thought of eliminating single tap actions so you don't accidentally pause your music when you readjust them. Huge plus for me. And the case is cool too although not as useful as it is neat. It's nice if you don't have the phone in your hand but easily gets pressed when in your pocket. And yes, I'm referring to the smart dial on the case.Reason it doesn't get 10/10 stars across the board is the smart wheel likes to turn itself back on randomly. I'll turn it off and usually after a little bit of time it's back on and pausing my music. And the audio controls will sometimes set themselves by themselves. Not a huge issue but still annoying.But all I'm all I can't recommend these buds enough especially if you can get them on sale. Incredible all around. I promise you you won't regret em. Treat yourself.P.s. to get the best audio quality out of these, turn on HD audio and turn off the bass booster. Bass booster just makes it sound muddled.P.s.s. the battery life is good but not incredible. Lasts me a out 2-3 days of average use. Maybe 4. Certainly good enough for what they give you but not impressive.P.s.s.s for nothing: can you dial in the trebles a hair more? They are the weakest point of the sound scale and would appreciate an update. Also, thanks for these amazing buds.
