If you read the instructions, this product does exactly what it is supposed to do. I live in a space where the only place that I could put a shower there is no way that I could put a water heater there but thanks to this product. I have been able to enjoy perfectly tempered showers every day since. This is obviously a foreign product therefore no residential electrical outlet will handle this product as it is now you either need to upgrade your electrical or hire an electrician, but it is a simple upgrade.

This Heater worked for less than 24 hours. Now We only get blue lights rotating clock wise in a circle , no hot water. Electric good , water flow good. Heater useless, maybe the blue light will make a good night light. I bought 2 one as back up hook it up after the first broke and 2nd on only has power light no temp ready out and does not seem to turn heater on. These things are trash, total waste of time and money, and have to redo pipeing to fit what I get next. Would of given no stars , I guess one star because it arrived.

This little water heater exceeded my expectations. It heats up water in just a few seconds, and the LED display makes it very easy to use. I installed it under the kitchen sink, and it fits perfectly without taking up space. I love that I can adjust the temperature, and the water comes out hot almost instantly. The safety features also give me peace of mind. Great product—totally worth it!

This is a nice tankless water heater. We use it in a she-shed and it functions well and does what we need it to do. Temperature is good, doesn't run electric up. Overall a good value for the price.

We purchased this product and had a licensed electrician prepare a GFI outliet and ran a sperate line to a 20amp breaker. The Amps that this item pulls is erratic and will cause a 20amp breaker to kick. This item pulls about 29 amps. A standard 110V (120V in North America) appliance cannot safely draw 29 amps from a standard 15-amp or 20-amp outlet and circuit.This should NOT be a plug-in unit if used in the USA and should be hard wired on a 2-pole breaker. So, if you were trying to save money you will lose it by hiring an electrician.

This didn't like the plug under our sink that our disposal is plugged in to. I replace the plug but it still didn't like it. However, when I plugged it in to an extension cord it lit up and provided hot water. It wasn't real hot like water out of our water heater but hot enough to hand wash some dishes with. I got this idea from the pastor at our church and he said he could use another one so that is where this one will go.

I received exactly what was described, in good working order and shipped in excellent packaging. Anyone that needs .3gallons/minute of nice hot water and has an available 32 amp 120v outlet will be very pleased with this product and the seller.

Got this to put on my washer I use for my laundry mat and it works amazing haven’t had no issues and saved me a ton on not having to buy a big expensive hot water heater
