Im a side sleeper but it hurts my shoulder-upper arm when I sleep on regular pillow.I knew I have to look for a pillow that supports well but often suspicious of gimmicks.I think I quickly decided on this one because of the arch on both the length sides. The arch accommodates the space my shoulder takes when I sleep on my side.The two different heights meet my needs for when I sleep on my side(higher) and my back(lower).I find the memory foam supports my neck very well and the heft of the pillow means it’s slip resistant.The size is maybe 30% smaller than a regular pillow.It does have a smell when I slept on the first night after releasing it from the vacuumed pack. But I detected no smell at all on the second night.If this pillow serves its purpose well for at least 2 years, I will buy it again.It’s certainly value for money.

I have been sleeping on my pillow for 1 month now. First night I liked it. Second night I loved it!! I start with the lower side in the beginning of the night then switch to the higher side. Am a side sleeper but pretty sure it would be just as great for a back sleeper. Firm yet squishy and cradles my neck just perfect. Would not hesitate to purchase again. Highly recommended.

For those that struggle with finding that perfect pillow, give this one a shot.I have been through so many pillows which are now stacked in my closet or have been donated to the local shelter. I am a side sleeper with wide shoulders and have a real hard time fining a supporting but comfortable pillow that doesn't have my neck to low or too high. The first thing I noticed was what this pillow was made of. Far better than the contour pillows from the past. It is made with a soft material that lets you head sink in to while giving that support in your neck and shoulder. I had all the old ones that were cut out of foam and this pillow is not that. This is right up there with the pillows from Mattress firm and sleep number that I have tested, at a 1/3 of the price. For me, the pillow does not get hot and I find I don't toss and turn as much. If I had to add any improvements it would be to ad an arch cut out in the front where your shoulder meets the pillow. I find that the perfect 'fit' is when you put your head right in the middle which doesn't work all to well when you are sleeping on your side. My head is usually at an angle when I am on my side so to compensate I just move the pillow to match the angle of my head. I have tried pillows with the arch in the front and if they can get that arch a little deeper with the contour and the material of this pillow, they may just have created the perfect pillow. Great pillow, give it a try!

Perfect! I like there are two heights to choose from. Pillow is larger then most and perfect firmness yet soft. I can’t use anything else now. If you’re on the fence, buy it! I have severe neck pain but using this foam pillow, I feel a lot better. There is a slight smell at first with the foam treatment but goes away within a day. Worth every penny!

I have been having trouble with neck pain, so, next step - get another pillow. While this pillow is very comfortable, it really does not help with the neck pain (crick in neck). As a result, I have been using a neck collar (brace) at night along with this pillow, that seems to help. I have ordered one of those "funny shaped" pillows which is rated 5-stars, we'll see how that works. Wish me luck!!!!!!

This is a great pillow for those who have neck soreness or other neck issues. It took me about 3-4 days to get used to sleeping on one pillow instead of having two random ones to keep my head up. I have slept better, less soreness, the thickness is great, and my head stays at the same temp. I would recommend people to buy this pillow if they have sleeping issues with other pillows.

Exactly as described. Medium soft pillow. Well made with cooling cover. Dimensions as described. Quality memory foam with minimal odor. Soft yet supportive. First one of this design that I can actually tolerate!

Little firm for me, but I got used to it. Helped relieve shoulder and neck pain as I sleep on my side, and the other pillow was quite short. I need the height of the high side of this pillow, and the shape of the low side. Put some old folded pillow cases under the low side to help out. I think this pillow could be 1-1.5" higher for a side sleeper.It also has this "not get up" effect. I just straight up don't want to get out of bed when sleeping on it, and same for my sister, who introduced it to me.Overall, good pillow! I prefer the cool, gel-infused memory foam pillows, which this one is not. It's a medium firmness memory foam pillow, best as I can tell. And I found another like this one with adjustable height that I would get next now knowing what I do.Probably won't get anything new one for awhile, but I hope someone finds this review helpful. It's not a bad purchase, but I'd recommend looking for one with adjustable height.
