Works as designed; good stretch for intrinsic foot muscles. Feels like quality material.

I was experiencing foot pain so I went to the Podiatrist. She told me that I had high arches and the only solution was to wear arch support always and forever. She told me I could never wear heels or sandals again. I bought expensive insoles for my shoes but they were uncomfortable and seemed to make things worse and I was sad about the whole thing. Then my friend who is obsessed with health and fitness told me about the importance of foot health. She told me that strong feet hurt less and working out the feet helps keep them strong and healthy. She introduced me to this product which has made a significant improvement in my foot mobility and strength. I rarely think about foot pain, I am never uncomfortable to walk bare footed and I have the tools I need to maintain strong feet. I love this product because it has made a real difference in my life and I recommend it to anyone who loves their feet and wants to take care of them. Now I can wear heels and sandals and I never have to use arch support.

Bought these for my son. He wears cleats for sports and they always bother him and squish his toes so he uses these to help space out and provide relief.

This is the first set of toe spacers that have been large and flexible enough. They are easy to use and quite comfortable.

This toe spacer is well made and the material is firm but “squishy”. It gives while giving support.It would probably work on my bad foot except that I cannot get it in between my toes. It is too tight and being diabetic I cannot restrict what little circulation that I have in my toes.The product seems to be good and would probably work for most folks, just not for me.

I watched a video on YouTube and the guy said to get silicon toe spacers to help with arch support and plantar fasciitis. These toe spacers are comfortable and good quality. Not sure if it’s making a difference though. I might need a little more time.

It does not separate the toes well. The separator slips out of the space between the toes. Other toe spacers I have owned worked better. I got rid of the box so I cannot return.

I was hesitant to purchase these toe spacers due to the price but after trying four other products around $10 each that tend to move, I broke down and purchased. One foot I used spacer by big toe and other foot by pinky. Comes with four spacers. I wear them at night. Silicone is very flexible that stretches quite a bit, which helps with application. Worth the money.
