Got the bed frame for the new home we moved in for a guest room. For the most part the parts and instructions were spot on (sometimes they're wrong, or the parts are incorrect to the point where you can't really build the item). Only 3 issues for me. (1) There were set set of drill holds for one of the parts for the headboard section, which caused some confusion and time for me to figure out what hole I needed to use for the screws. (2) The wooden slats, don't stretch all the way evenly so can't drill down the designated slats in there designated location. (3) And this may not necessarily be particular to this bed, but in general to this type of frames, but the mattress sinks a lot and doesn't feel well supported (like you would with a box spring). Given the slats didn't line up, I may build my own support base instead of using the slats and toss my box spring, as using it really makes the bed super high.

Assembly time is hopelessly optimistic. Otherwise bed is good

The bed frame itself is good quality and easy to put together, however it was missing a piece - the board the goes at the foot of the bed. Unable to return the whole bed frame as the box it came in was basically impossible to put back together. Could not get a replacement piece through amazon, needed to contact the seller directly. Tried to contact the company twice and received no response or confirmation that my request was even received. We ended up building the piece that was missing.

The set up wasn't bad. It took an hour total.The look is exactly what the description saidI would buy it again

Bed had chip in corner. Alot if back and forth but company compensated generously, so overall pleased.

Easy to assemble, sturdy, and comfortable. It's just a little low for my taste but I am happy with it. Great value.

I really wanted a natural dark wood bed and this did not disappoint. It looks pretty similar to the photos maybe a bit darker but it was perfect and easy to set up.

Please tell me how these are the same product. The woods are COMPLETELY different. Lighter and warmer in product photos, yet much darker and cooler toned in person. My photo on the right is in natural 11am sunlight. The listing photos matched our furniture, this absolutely does not. Do not buy. Ridiculous.
