Quality product
Does exactly as described, enabling me to chk when water filter isn't cleaning lime scale sufficiently, when it's passed lot of water and becomes saturated, saving having to change still working filter cartridge prematurely, saving money and the planet!

Sold with dud batteries. Returned for refund.
The media could not be loaded. Device only comes on for a split second, then dies - it looks like batteries have run right down before despatch.

Not for me
I didn’t like this so I bought the water strips for a more accurate reading. If I was going by this it showed my filter water was not good and one of my filters cost over 50 euro. I ordered strips which showed my water to be good for drinking.
