Q: will this be shipped in a box? my last purchase was shipped in a sleeve. The box was squashed, the lid popped over and the paste oozed out.

It did not get shipped in a box, unfortunately. My order was shipped in a padded envelope. Although the paste didn't ooze out, a few of the individual boxes were a bit dented.

Q: Do you also have to use regular toothpaste in addition to the gum detox?

This is toothpaste. It just specified in the gums. Kind of like whitening toothpaste specializes in whitening.
