Windows 10 found the drive with no issues. Plays blue ray films no problem and burns disks just fine. I won't say it's the best drive in the world but it functions how it should and as I picked it up on prime day a bit of a bargain too. The leads are a bit short but adequate for my needs if u needed a bit more length then I suggest getting 2 usb extension leads for the drive

Hi,‘I am sorry for writing bit late. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. I have just back home. I was abroad away from home for 4 weeks. I wasn’t here when it was delivered to my address. My family received it on behalf.I have backed home 3 days ago so I tried to install Windows 10 OS on my labtop yesterday but it didn’t work. I had to try it on few different Mini PCs with different DVD & CD but it just keep asking insert CD. It won’t read any. I wanted for arranging to contact for either for fixing or replacing it to another one that works. Unfortunately I have found it’s just 1 month returning time. I don’t want refund but I want my problem fixed or sort out.Please advice. I will be so grateful if you help me for do my job.It’s still like brand new. Just tested it honestly.Thanking you, I am.Kourosh.
