Love these knives, use them to slice so many things, veggies and more. They work great, comfortable handle, have held up great for all these years. Originally found them at a store down at the Cape years ago. Wanted more, especially for a second home but had no luck. Should have searched Amazon, as always, they had what I was looking for. Nicely packaged, arrived quickly.

Don’t let these fool you, they are sharp! Excellent product and great price point!

These knives define affordable quality. Light weight but sturdy. Sharp but will not ruin your dishes. Rounded front helps to prevent other damage. This is the go-to cutlery for everyday use. Enthusiastically recommended.

I bought these for my restaurant, and couldn’t be happier. The different colors allow for different departments to distinguish which knife belongs where, and the cutting ability is top notch. I was able to slice a tender tomato as well as easily slice through the sandwich when I was done. It is rather impressive to wield a knife made by a company with such renown and history, that I felt rather guilty taking it out for a test drive with a simple sandwich. The sharpness and blade is lovely. The handle could use a bit more texture, the minute it was wet it did want to slide a bit in my grasp. But no fears on this being a short lived cutlery item, the brand name alone lets you know you've got a good quality item that would make a nice host gift or treat for oneself!

They aren't sturdy enough to be good steak knives for long. They have too much side-to-side give and feel a little flimsy in the hand. But they do cut meat well.And I don't see using them as a paring knife because of the serration. I find it easier to peel fruits and vegetables with a straight blade.They just feel like the knives you'd buy if you were getting your first apartment because the are inexpensive. I'm near retirement age and want something that cuts authoritatively without compromise.
