Comfortable heating pad that unlike some other types does not bunch up. I’ve used this pad daily to address lower back pain & it is very easy to use and adjust to fit the spots needed. The three different heating levels seem appropriate. The one thing that I don’t think anyone should buy it for, though, is the vibration function. That is supplied by four small disks that don’t vibrate very much, even on the highest setting. But as a heating pad, I definitely think this satisfies my needs.

I like the fact that it's heavy and it still works but always get a warranty when you order these products because they might go out on you. This product has lasted me very happy with the product warm and vibration you can't beat it

I ordered this do to my older heating pad giving up. It arrived less than 24hrs after I ordered it. I do like the size of it, but I wish I got the bigger one so I could have better coverage. I like to wrap it around my pelvic area/hips. I've read other reviews of people saying there was a smell to it. Luckily I did not have an odor on mine. I do like the length of the cord. I like the fact that it's longer. I do wish the cord from the pad to the remote was a little longer. Even another 6 inches would be nice. The timer is nice, though I wish I could change the time and not have just 2hrs as an option for the heating portion. I also wish you could have the vibration timer longer than 30 mins. If that could have different time options that would be amazing. It is easy to use, but like I said I wish the vibration timer could be set longer. The weight of the pad is definitely a bonus. I would get this again, but would want bigger, longer timer options.

The heating pad has a comfortable weight to it, and the cord is of an adequate length.We bought a second one so we can use one in bed and on the couch.

It has heat and vibration. Only used low settings on my arm and it is great!

First and foremost, I need to call out the exceptionally bad shipping experience I had with this product. Package arrived with the box wrapped up in a shipping bag from Amazon, which I thought was weird. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed something much softer than I expected. Immediately I'm worried, so I open it... and I notice the box is soaked and smells very fragrant (almost like it's soaked with either a perfume or some sort of body wash?).So I open the package to check if everything's alright. There were definitely signs of dampness - the user manual (pictured) was clearly moisture-damaged, and there were hints of dampness on the main heating pad itself, but thankfully the contents were otherwise fine and not wet, since everything was wrapped in a plastic bag (didn't get a picture of this).Gave the product a quick try and... it's alright. It heats up as expected and feels nice, though I wish the vibrate functionality was more vigorous than it is. Oddly enough the higher settings feel less vigorous as you crank it up.So overall, pretty mixed on this. Shipping experience was horrible, easily one of the worst I've ever had purchasing a product from Amazon. The product itself is fine, leaving a lot to be desired with one of its advertised features (vibrating). If I could give 2.5/5 stars I would, so I'll just leave it at 3.

I love the size and weight of this heating pad for sore muscles. I haven’t used the massage feature much and occasionally it shuts off and has to be unplugged and started over.
