cheap and unreliable digital controls. unit shuts off and errors without known cause.
the temp controls are flimsy and liquid gets underneath the plastic screen. the control surface is very sensitive and you'll have to press in different spots to turn on/off the unit or the fan. the temp sometimes goes to the max by itself if there is any liquid on the surface. And the entire unit shuts off prematurely for hours and blinks red. The materials are good quality but the digital interface is very sloppy and undependable. This is why I give this unit 1 star. The developers need to improve it and also offer better return window and service for existing customers. If their experience is like mine, they're definitely not happy with this purchase
