AMAZING RECIPES !!!!
My husband has suffered with gastritis for almost two years and it has been hard finding recipes but let me tell you, THIS BOOK was full of them and were soooo easy to follow and forget the other reviews that say you must be a seasoned cook to follow YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE SEASONED TO MAKE THESE FAST AND EASY MEALS. The book was a awesome read and I am beyond happy I purchased it. It was well over my expectations and I hope you all do not hesitate to purchase this as you will not be disappointed. If you suffer from gastritis I must also add that NONE OF THESE RECIPES HURT MY HUSBANDS STOMACH and for that I am great full for. He has had high energy and became very happy in just a few days of following the book’s recommendations.

Buying this book was the best decision I did!
I don't usually write reviews for books but I think this one deserves my time and effort because it has been helping me more than anything else (including my GI). I've been suffering with this awful condition for a about 6 years and I've already tried multiple supplements, remedies and diets in the past but nothing really helped me as this book is doing. My biggest struggle while suffering with gastritis has been the diet because the gastritis diet by itself is kinda boring. Most of the time you are eating the same meals and the same foods to avoid flare ups. A guy recommended this book on a gastritis facebook group (he suffered with gastritis and claims this book helped him completely healed) so I decided to buy it... and I have to say this is the best decision I have made so far. This book have plenty of recipes that I have been enjoying without thinking about if they gonna hurt my stomach or not. The book contains a lot of very useful information too.One thing I really liked about this book is the fact the author writes from experience. He really knows what his talking about. He suffered with gastritis and a bunch of GI problems for years. So the last thing I have to say is thank you Paul for written this book. Your book have been a lifesaver for me! :)

If you have food allergies - substituting is needed
I purchased this for a family member who was diagnosed with a Ute gastritis. They have severe food allergies to all sesame seeds/peanuts/tree nuts/coconuts. A lot of the recipes have coconuts/almond and other top 14 allergens. Good book if you don’t suffer from food allergies.

I am very happy with this book
I have been on the new diet for 3 weeks now and feel much better. I tried a few recipes and they came out well (and also really tasted great). The smoothies recipes at the end of the book are also yummy, I loved them!!What I liked the most about this book is that the author not only does share recipes but he writes about every supplement and tells everything your Gl is not going to tell you so that you speed this recovery up. Wish I had it a year back when I was diagnosed.I really think this is a good book to have in your library if you have gastritis, either as a newly diagnosed person or a long term sufferer. Thank you Paul for writing this wonderful book for those who suffer from this awful condition.

Good book, but be aware
I have been suffering from gastritis for more almost 30 years. Usually it comes, stays for several months and then after some treatment goes away. During that time I visited many different doctors and had many medical procedures like Cat Scan, MRI, Upper Endoscopy, Colonoscopy and others performed on me. All gastroenterologists prescribed me different acid killing medicine, but never really diagnosed my problem and never suggested any diet. I also did a lot of online research for any information how to get rid of Gastritis. I believe that you cannot beat Gastritis without proper diet. I use diet as a Gastritis treatment for a long time with and without medicine and wanted to know more about it. This is why I purchased this book. The book contains a lot of very useful information. Thanks to author. For examples, it suggests to use raw potato juice. Potato juice works like a miracle for me.However, after randomly reading some dietary recommendations I found some diet suggestions that concerned me a lot. For example, author recommends include into diet my apples, cabbage, salmon. He also recommends cooking Turkey Meatballs on a frying pan with oil. But people with Gastritis should never eat cabbage unless they have so called low acid Gastritis (Hypochlorhydria). Apples are also questionable as they have a lot of acid. Every time I eat fresh apple I end up with abdominal pain. Salmon is a fatty fish and all of sources I read do not recommend eating it if you have Gastritis. They recommend eating cod instead. And cooking Turkey meatballs (or any food) on a frying pan is also not a good idea if you have Gastritis.

Very helpful and delicious!
I got this book for my girlfriend who was diagnosed with gastritis earlier this year. She LOVES it. We both had no idea that there were so many great recipes in there. I am not vegan or on any special diet but she and I make these recipes together and I have to say that they're so good that even I like them. The information on gastritis helps the reader better understand the condition.
