Excellent Item, have bought several of these over the years to help convert my old LCD TV's into Smart TV's excellent items and easy to use.

I was about to return this box as WiFi was disconnecting all the time and box crashed a few times after updating the system but have reset it and the crashing has stopped. Also found out that my EE router is the one to blame about disconnecting my devices WiFi ... So I am keeping it as I bought one same model, same visual (different brand) that did not let me down for 5 years. Will see how long this one will last 😊

Remote could be better sometimes unresponsive, no issues loading apps onto it I did notice it got abit warm for the 20mins I had it on for.

For the money delighted with the picture quality and ease of use decent remote also. Fully recommend it

Product is well thought but remote a bit sketchy

I ordered this as brand new in box. It's been delivered today and has clearly been used before, the TV box is covered in scratches and the power wire has teeth marks in it. Completely false advertising. This is not brand new in box!
