GTPLAYER Gaming Chair, Massage Ergonomic Computer Chair with Footrest and Lumbar Support Height Adjustable with 360°-Swivel Seat and Headrest for Office Purple

We bought this chair about 10 months ago for our son's birthday, and he was very pleased with the ergonomics and build quality compared to some of his previous gaming chairs.However, recently it started squeaking, and we tracked the problem down to a broken weld where the seat mechanism holds the seat post.We contacted GTPlayer, who asked for a photo of the problem area, acknowledged the issue and sent us a replacement seat mechanism straight away.The new part arrived within a couple of days and when we replaced the seat mechanism, we found that we had an issue getting the seat post out of the broken seat mechanism, so GTPlayer sent us a new seat post, which again arrived within a couple of days.We then had an issue getting the other end of the seat post out of the base, contacted GTPlayer, and they sent us a new base unit and legs.I'm pleased to say that chair is now back in full working order, but I was super impressed by how helpful the aftercare team were at GTPlayer.They were sympathetic, apologetic and prompt to send out the new parts.There are a lot of companies that could learn from GTPlayer on how to look after your customers!

I like the design. it is not bulky but has good cushioning for long hours sitting down. Glad it has an adjustable back support cushion and neck cushion. Also a plus that the arms are padded too. The build quality is good - though I had to have help putting it together as it is rather complicated (to me). But once it is setup, it works nicely. The swivel is smooth, the adjustable height and angle controls are great, and this has been such a good & helpful change to the boring office chair for work-from-home purposes. The extendable leg rest isn't used too often but it's there if I need it which is a nice option. I've not tried the massage/ vibrating functions as it's not my thing but it's a great chair regardless.

The quality of this char is excellent and it is sturdy and comfortable. None of the parts appear to be cheap, they are all good quality.The reason it’s only 4 stars is nothing to do with the chair but the assembly instructions, to me the number description of the screws were very obvious, however there are multiple pockets of the same number with just a letter to differentiate but the letter wasn’t that clear so I almost assembled the chair wrong, thankfully I caught it before it was too late. Once I realised the letters were best to go by assembly was pretty straight forward and took me about an hour but it should be closer to 30-45 minutes if you spot the letters first 😉Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this chair to anyone.

Good quality and comfortable chair. Took a little time to build, but it is well worth it. I dont use the massage cushion much but the pull out leg rest is great! Aftercare service is fantastic too with emails to the support team being picked up and responded to quickly and professionally.

I will be adjusting this review at some point.But just to say In short this is a very comfortable chair.Very comfortable especially if you have problems with your lower back.Only one snag for me is i can play an electric guitar sat it but the arms sometimes do get in the way.I did have one of these chairs from an Italian manufacturer which allowed the arms to be raised, the only problem with that chair it was made I think for a rather large person, too wide for me.Yes this chair you sit on it bare legged your likely to stick to it when you get up, anyway its in all these type of chairs of that material.This chair easily put together, but really the tools are mickey mouse, not that I'm moaning, at least they include that.But really get yourself some longer allen keys and even a mini powered screw driver, and then just nip up them bolts with your longer allen key better torque (Obviously do not over tighten).I haven't used the USB thingy at the moment so don't know what thats all about.I love the colour it is so me, it should have my name on it.Recommend this chair.

It is not bad, but can't give it more than 3 stars as it makes really loud noises when you lay back and the seat is very stiff, not very comfortable
