Great thick ginger paste
Great thick ginger paste... Not at all watery. Smells like fresh ginger. Great in Asian recipes.

Slight dill flavor without overpowering
Not the biggest fan of strong fresh dill flavor. I do eat dill pickles but never use fresh dill. I tried this for a little dill flavor on my cod. I mixed a bit it the butter sauce and it was very good. The dill purée is mixed with other ingredients so if you really enjoy fresh dill, this is not for you. I will use it again.

Dill paste worth buying
There used to be a brand of dill paste available in the refrigerated case at the grocery store, but can't find it anymore. This is a great replacement.

Fresh garlic is better unless you want a very subtle garlic flavor.
