By the way, the people who think that Polygonium Cuspidium (Japanese Knotweed) is not the most concentrated source are uninformed. They are probably taking red wine extract and getting like 5 mg.

If it's knotweed root, which is 50% Resveratrol, then it shojuld be brown. If it's the refined stuff that is 100% Res then it should be white and cost a lot more than this. You decide if you want to pay more for refined or take the complete plant for 50%. I take the root powder. It's more stable.
