As a flight attendant, I’m picky about my gear—and this bag nails it. Lightweight yet sturdy, with just the right amount of structure to keep everything organized without being bulky. The trolley sleeve fits snugly over my rolling bag, and the interior pockets are a game changer for quick access to essentials. It fits under the seat even on regional jets. Great quality, professional look, and it’s held up beautifully on multiple layovers already. Highly recommend for crew or frequent travelers.

Just returned from a 10-day trip with this bag as my personal item, paired with a Maxlite international size spinner case. This is a great bag - lightweight, tough, holds a lot, and a light-colored interior so I can see my things. Good design with a large main space and two separate pockets in front. It has structure, stands up and looks solid, but the fabric is flexy and quite soft. Perfect size not just for a United personal item, but also for the beach, a weekend trip, or gym. A major plus for my bony shoulders is that the shoulder strap is VERY padded, making the bag comfortable to carry even when it's packed with heavy stuff. The drawback of packing it heavy is that it is wider than my Maxlite case, and with the bag attached to the handle the case will tend to do face plants. I was able to improve the balance by packing heavy items at the bottom of the case and the back of the bag. This is probably not a concern for people with hard shell cases.

I love Travel Pro! This bag did not disappoint! It had lots of room and easily slides on top of my roller bag handle making transportation easy! The blue matched my roller bar perfectly!! Light weight, zippers are smooth and also comes with a detachable shoulder strap.

I have a TravelPro carry on suitcase and needed an under-seat bag as well. I knew I wanted a TravelPro since I've had such good luck with their products. Plus, I always see the flight crews at the airport with TravelPro luggage. This bag is very sturdy and has some nice features. I don't have to worry about it getting ripped or damaged when I jam it under the seat. It's well worth the extra cost as I expect I'll have this bag for a very long time.

I bought this to replace a Maxlite 5 Carry-on tote. For a “Crew Series”, the “durable fabric” is thinner than the Maxlite tote. The main reason I bought this is because the Quick Loop rear strap on this bag is hundreds of times better than the 1.5inch rear strap on a majority of the Travelpro bags. The 1.5 inch rear strap on the other bags have a tendency to flip around the handle extension when making hard turns or walking on bumpy surfaces.

This little bag holds lots of stuff and is considered a personal item by most airlines. The fact that it can easily be compressed helps it to fit under plane seats and to squeeze into tight overhead compartments. Doubles nicely as a weekend bag.

It’s a very nice bag. It fits an amazing amount of stuff. It also flattens nicely to be your extra bag should you want something to carry the treasures you acquire on travel. I don’t know who invented the strap that makes it fit snuggly over your roll aboard but that is genius!

I have several carryon personal bags for flying both domestically and internationally. This bag even fits easily under the more narrow aisle seat of a 737. I used it already for both domestic and international flights. This meets the size requirements for international flights which is stricter than some domestic carriers in the USA. Fits a bit large over my Monos and is also slightly larger sitting over my International size Travel Pro roll on bag. The strap that goes over the handle on the back of the bag is a necessity as the Travel Pro 2 wheel roller bag that I have is rounded on top. It's fine for my travel. Mostly happy that it fits perfectly under the ailse seat in front of me.
