Q: Is this worth it?? Does it change the taste of the cake?

It is absolutely worth it! It has NO TASTE...I had two cakes made for our newest pug puppy’s welcome party last January, one chocolate layer, one vanilla layer cake...I had the bakery put one of these transfer sheets on each cake. They were adorable! Highly recommend!

Q: how long does it keep? My daughter's Bday isn't until May and I don't want to order it too soon.

It comes in a thick cardboard style envelope. I ordered mine over a month before I used it.

Q: Cake you use it with a chocolate frosted cake or will it not funny?

I did use it on a chocolate cake, and it still turned out great! I think it's thick enough. The kids loved it!
