The product is good, really value for money 😁

Bad quality product... No customer support from Orient... I purchased on 6th of April and They Delivered me on 7 th of April. I am a Prime Member of Amazon.The return window closed on 17 th of April and the Cooler give the abnormal sound while on running... I raised complaint about that but Orient not responding.. When I contacted Amazon about that then Orient sent one of service agent but that person not familiar with Hindi and English language.. it make me more trouble... He told me you need to visit Showroom otherwise change the motor.. that day he open all the parts.. on NXT day the Fan blade was broke and it's completely stops working also I found the Mounting of Moter is not well and I questioned about that then the agent told me it's company fault and now the screws thread were damaged so can't repair... I Raised complaint against the blade but Orient told me I need to purchase new blade with full of payment because Fan is not covered in Warranty... I requested to Manager please order and fitt as soon as possible. He agrees on that day but after 6-7 days they not taking any action... I was completely helpless... I contacted both Amzon and Orient but nobody help me...When I have the all of Proof of all things and as per Amzon Customer service agent told me Amazon will raise Return Refund request I was gone through Consumer Court.. within 2 days they created return refund request and picked up the Item... It is very horrible experience for me...Please don't buy this product and don't believe on Orient company...Amazon help me but very lastly and not properly...

Extremely Disappointed - Not Worth the MoneyI bought an Orient cooler hoping for a reliable and efficient cooling experience, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. Within just a few weeks, the cooler started making loud, annoying noises. The cooling itself is very poor — it barely brings down the room temperature even when the water tank is full. The plastic build feels cheap and fragile, and the swing function stopped working properly after just a month.Customer service was equally disappointing. I tried reaching out for repairs, but the response was slow and unhelpful. Honestly, for the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. I would not recommend this product to anyone. There are far better options out thereRequest to allcustomers Avoid wasting your money on this Product

Good for small room.I've purchased it last year, works upto 42, 43⁰C temperature. In june temperature around 45⁰C or more, then it fails.As my room is west facing, there is direct sunlight after 2pm, so it fails in june even it is inefficient during june nights.You can buy it if there is no direct sunlight in ur room.No ice chamberWheels are there.... movement easy3 fan speeds, that are good actually

Very Bad. The motor stopped working in two days. Had put in a return request. Amazon people called and assured of return once the Orient company confirmed. despite receiving confirmation in written from orient company personnel that the product is faulty , the amazon executive excused himself by saying that the format of the written document does not match his requirement. He asked me to get DOA from the company. The company people are saying this is the only format that they have. It is complete harassment to call person after person. Don't go by false claims that Amazon helps in returns . they only confuse you. Now i have a faulty product with which i don't know what to do.
