Firm and supportive in key areas
Helpful product. Firm and supportive in several keys areas including lower front pelvis. Two suggestions I have for the manufacturer would be (a) to consider making the side panel portion of the garment (leg and hip) thicker, firmer and more supportive as well, and (b) consider making an XS size. Ordering another.

They do as advertised!
No one told me my organs could start falling out as I age(never even given birth). This was obviously very upsetting. I live rural and take care of my father with dementia so I can't be gone all day for procedures or more than a day for surgery.I'd say if I did go to the OBGYn I'd be rated 3.5. Most of the time I'm fine in the morning but as the day goes on would be falling out more and more often. Fully out is 4, but think that's always out.I put these on when I got them, over my underwear in case I needed to return. They held everything in place!I had to lift and transport a LARGE but not super heavy box from the post office home. I change all of my fathers bed each day and make it and that is an issue, as it includes a big heavy pad, stress alone can make things pop out. Never once came out through all of that with these on.Other days I did have a couple slips but it's far less that without. I'm going to also try a sponge Pessary I bought from the Uk but that will take awhile. Now I measured right on the edge of medium or large for these underware. I've been going down in weight lately so got medium. The belt area is so tight across my lower belly that I thought it might force things out instead. So I've now ordered a large which hopefully will still work but be more comfortable and I'll keep these to use while the large are being washed and if needed to use once I loose more weight. I'll update after I get the large.Hopefully with exercises and some supplementation I'll eventually not need them but now these make me feel safe to exercise.

Supportive without restrictions of movement
I wear theses daily and found them to be comfortable and supportive. They provide moderate support without being restrictive. The only thing I do not like, and fail to understand the logic, is that all of the garments have black drawstrings.

Too low for me.
These are okay. I found them a bit uncomfortable because of the very low waist

Best thing...since bread and water!
I am NEVER without this garment. I had surgery, and it is a must for me. I have it on now, and I will not go a day without wearing it! I will NOT go out with out wearing it. It's true to size. It may take a little getting used to because it is sturdy, and made to last.I wear mine as a second outer undergarment, but if you do wear a second garment it will take a little getting use to. But believe me, this does EVERYTHING it' states in the information that is giving about it. It holds everything it place. Yes...it really does keep everything in place...almost effortlessly...to the point you will even forget that you are wearing it!Yes it is very expensive...but believe me it is well worth EVERY dollar that you pay for it. I know can NOT be without it...so I am willing to pay to keep everything in its rightful place, and with that happening, I am not in pain: because when I don't have it on...I am in pain. With it on...NO pain...ever!This undergarment is very well made . Holds no body odor. Does not become slack, or lose. and it has a waist drawstring which lets you adjust the tension in the waist. I bought the black...and next i will be getting the white, and the beige.

Bunch up after washing
I wash these cold water and hang them to dry on a hanger and they they bunch up. I try to stretch them out, but after a few washes, they are all bunched in the front by your stomach, even if you pull the black draw strings , which would be nice if it was a white draw string and it we would be able to remove it I called the company and they said that’s the way it is. That’s the way they make it. There’s nothing they can do about it. Go to wear once or twice maybe three times after washing but $39. That’s a lot of money maybe just wear them when you’re gonna walk a lot.

Best option for pelvic support
I bought these after pelvic organ prolapse surgery when my pelvic floor muscles were still in need of strengthening. If I am on my feet all day I have tremendous pressure and muscle spasms in my pelvic floor that put me completely out of commission for a couple days or so. I was skeptical at first that these would help at all but let me tell you, it helps. They’re supposed to fit snug and as soon as I put them on my pelvic organs didn’t feel as heavy! I went to an orchard on a mountain and was on my feet for several hours, and while I was sore afterwards it was much better than I had experienced previously. I did at one point use the gusset pocket as suggested for a reusable pad insert and that worked well. They were very easy to wash and dry which was a must for me because bladder leaks always make undergarments stinky. The only complaints I have is that they get hot under jeans and if I wear them all day I’m sometimes a little sore where the top of them hits on me. Both of those I believe can’t be helped because a more breathable fabric would make them less sturdy and they wouldn’t work for support if they weren’t tight. An excellent investment!
