Q: Are the hemitate runestones magnetic? do they stick to each other or cling to the fridge door?

I ordered the obsidian ones. Even so, hematite is NOT naturally magnetic. Some hematite has higher iron content and will have attraction to magnets but even these will not stick to metal.

Q: Are these made from real tiger's eye stone or a synthetic?

It is real and it is beautiful! I bought a set for a friend and so got a good look at them. I considered ordering some for myself!

Q: Do these come flat like in the picture?

Yes, most of this mookaite rune stones are flat.

Q: Does the gold eventually come off or fade? Would washing them in warm water damage the gold? Thx.

I have not had mine long enough to tell, however, they are incised. You can feel this with your finger tip or nail and see it clearly under a loop and this does protect the paint to a certain extent. I have at times touched up other incised stones, Reiki stones, with a tiny brush. I would not wash them in warm water myself, If I clean them it is with a soft cloth gently or with the breath, or vibration from Tibetan bells, a tuner or singing bowl. I hope this is helpful! Experiment and see what works for you.
