Amazing product. It works for me. I have been taking it for 3 days straight and have been feeling more energetic and focused. I take it once in the morning and once in the afternoon. The taste is really bad, but manageable; I take it with water, which helps with the taste.

I am pleasantly surprised! I thought, 'Meh, how bad can it be?' The worst thing that can happen is that it won't work. But, to my surprise, it does work. This is the real deal! I watched a lot of videos and read a bunch of articles about shilajit before heading to Amazon to find one to try. The most important take away from everything I saw was to make sure that you get the resin as the caplets and pills are not as effective. Very happy with this product and definitely recommend!

This is not shilajit. I've tasted it direct from the jar and it's more like bovril. Do not buy, it's a complete rip off.

I began taking this about two months ago. Initially, the taste was quite strong. It might take a little while to get used to, but now it doesn't bother me at all, and I quite enjoy it. I recommend it if you struggle with digestion. I usually take it first thing in the morning, or sometimes even at night before bed.
