Spray on a spritz of window cleaner (I used Method) and this thing works great! I added a 3 ft extension, and use it for inside windows, "stainless" steel appliances, and outside windows that are protected from the elements. But best? - cleaning the inside of the car windshield while standing outside - no twisting and pulled muscles. Does a really good job removing debris and smears with just one pass.I put it in the laundry and it came out like new. Don't know yet how many times it will do this, but so far I am very pleased.

I have the full Norwex window cleaning system. It's always been difficult for me to use. So many parts and hook-ups. And, I've never been able to really get the window edges clean, even when I lock the head in place because of the weird shape of the mop head. Enter Unger. It's not complicated. There IS a separate system for indoors and outdoors, that's true, but they use pretty-much the same components. The outdoor telescoping handle (which I have) reaches high windows. I also bought the cleaning pad/squeegee combo. That's a dream! The indoor system features ONE pad. That's all. You take your spray bottle of whatever (I just use water) to the window, spray it on the pad that has been attached to either the mop base or the mop base with 2' pole. You run it along the inside of the window and it comes clean steak-free. Honestly, as good as Norwex. Sorry, Norwex, you lose on this one. Love your cleaning cloths elsewhere, but for a whole-house window cleaning, I'll stick with Unger. These pads wash up lovely - sometimes I dry them on the line, sometimes in the dryer. They're wonderful; what else could I say? I'm sold. And my windows are sparkling because I wash them more often - it's so fun!

Got these to use with the extendable tool for cleaning walls of bathroom mirrors in mcm house, works great. Streak-free with glass cleaner. I have worked with replacing glass of all types for 40 years and have used untold glass cleaners and cleaning devices. Now retired and still cleaning my windows in both the home and car.Now the old bod does not take kindly to bending and stretching like it used to do with ease. So started looking for something to help me out and came across this Unger window cleaner and and microfiber pad. This has far exceeded what I expected. Could not believe the ease of use and the sparkling clean results. I also bought the Pink brand window cleaner and together have never seen such effortless result .,The original pole which comes with limits its reach so I bought the longer one which telescopes from 4 ft to 8. Allows a more comfortable position and leverage. Yes they are a bit pricy but well designed and constructed. A quality product that should last for years The swiveling head and easy replacement of the pad makes for an exceptional toll for any age and gender. I really do recommend the Pink stuff window cleaner. Best I have ever come across. Go ahead splurge on what I consider the best non professional window cleaner on the market.

I bought these along with the Unger pole (they fit only the Unger pole by the way) and squeegee. My intent was to see if I could use them to clean up runs. I found that not only do they clean the runs, but I put glass cleaner on them and used them inside the house on windows I could not reach with excellent results!
