Right, firstly: these are the measurements!It's 25.3cm tall (without lid)28.3cm long20.5cm wideObviously loaves vary wildly, but our household uses 3 or 4 different brands and sizes and I was fed up of a heap of half used loaves and they all fit in perfectly. Has made our counter top so much tidier.Arrived in a flimsy, torn box, but bread bin undamaged.Definitely agree with another review that the lid is not convenient to open one handed or if you have any mobility issues - could definitely benefit from a handle.

This mug tree and kitchen roll holder is lovely, I like the wooden base on them both, they match all of my other kitchen bits I've bought for my kitchen.

Disappointed! The 1st mug tree arrived with a missing wooden stopper at the end of one of the arms. A few of the remaining stoppers were loose as was the wooden top of the tree.Having requested a replacement and being really impressed by the next day delivery turnaround, it was more disappointing to find that this replacement had missing wooden stoppers and the wooden top missing.The good news….combining both deliveries meant I received a full mug tree. However, I am concerned that the loose stoppers may fall out with mugs falling off. I will have to glue them in place.I like the mug tree but Salter need to look to secure the stoppers in their design. Amazon need to be more careful when packaging the item. The 2nd tree was in an oversized Amazon box with the standard packaging paper holding the item in place. It seems likely that there will be small wooden stoppers rolling around a warehouse floor somewhere!

Severe discolouration of wooden lids which I realise is a natural product but does not match the advertised product or photographs. In my opinion this batch should not have passed quality control as there are clearly light and dark wood which does not match photographs.
