I’ve been using this camera for about a month now and I really like it. I’m using this for time lapse photography in my garden. I started this using a Go Pro clone camera and it was a PITA trying to set up the configuration in the menu. With this camera I didn’t even look at the documentation and I had the camera setup for time lapse picture every 5 minutes from 4:30 in the morning util 10:30 at night. I used this to document a 5 month long home construction project that I did. It worked flawlessly. I like the fact that you can set a time schedule. That was great because I didn't need it recording all day and night, only the hours when I was working on the project. It comes with all sorts of mounting options. I found the setup menus easy to use. The battery lasts for a long time.

This is a bit kooky. When I read that I have purchased one of the best cameras on the market I knew it wouldn’t be that good. I thought it wasn’t taking photos after going through the Timelapse setup process because it counted down and appeared to shut off. Upon reviewing there were photos so it works but is very limited. If you want to do Timelapse I recommend getting a decent SLR with an intervalometer. This is cheap but leaves much to be desired.

Update: Unfortunately, I received a defective camera not sealed well from water. I am pleased to say the manufacturer is sending me a replacement despite my Amazon return window being over. They offered a full refund too, but I like the camera.

We feed stray cats and there is a location that keeps getting vandalized. This is disheartening and exhausting to rebuild repeatedly. Having the victims be animals who can't speak for themselves, having a recording helped.

I am very technical and work with software and systems everyday in my work. This is the WORST interface and very confusing. I am returning. Cannot figure out how to set the camera to auto tim-lapse. I have followed the directions and it goes to a “manual” and counts down, shoots the image and turns off. this could be a great camera but with poor documentation and poor ux/ui it is worthless.

I recorded the blooming of the flowers in my garden and the moment when the silkworm emerged from its cocoon for the first time with this camera. I witnessed some truly incredible footage.
