I have a hard time sleeping. Since I have to go to bed before the sun is down, it's even harder to fall asleep. This sleep mask does block the light very well and has a soft feel and soothing weight that, after a few minutes of trying to relax, will usually put me to sleep. I don't always stay asleep, and it will fall off as you sleep, but it does put me back down if I make an effort to use it through the night. It works for side and back sleepers. Read the little pamphlet that comes with it and learn more about other sleep habits to help it work better. I will probably buy one of these for a loved one as a gift.

I love this thing. I ordered this mask and a different sleep mask to try out. After one night with this, I am converted. I usually toss and turn, but with this mask I woke up on my back in the same position. When I rolled onto my side to snooze my alarm, I put it on like the photos show and it stayed on comfortably. The weight is perfect for a gentle pressure. I also like the texture of the silk on my eyes; I wear lash extensions and it didn’t snag them. The navy blue is pretty.I was hesitant to try because I am someone that moves around at night, but I read a review that said they move less wearing this mask and I 100% agree. I would encourage ordering one just to try out and I’d say you may be surprised.

I can’t sleep without it now. I have one regular for cold nights but this silicone is a game changer. Also great for headaches. When that cold silk pressure hits your face……. My husband now has one. I tell everyone struggling with falling asleep about my NodPods.

My absolute favorite item!! Such a nice gift or self care item! The silk side feels so good and such high quality. I am a side sleeper and it’s perfect because it just lays and adjusts. I sleep so good with it!! Everyone in my family has one, even my 9 year old daughter! My husband also uses his daily but especially loves it when he’s sick. It also has a hole to attach it behind your head that I’ve used on a road trip before to sleep better!

I really wanted to love this product because I have a habit of wanting my eyes and ears covered while sleeping and I don’t like traditional sleeping masks. I thought this would be perfect for me but unfortunately I learned I don’t sleep flat enough for this to stay on my face at all it just falls off. It’s nice quality and weighted im sure it’s great for others but unfortunately just wasn’t for me.

Not sure how I lived without this for so long. The most effective and comfortable eye cover for sleeping I’ve ever had. When this one is worn out I will definitely be buying another!

I had been eyeing this product for a while and finally bought one. I wish I had gotten it sooner! The 'pouches' gently snuggle against the eyes to block light, and the silk means it doesn't feel too hot. I also love that it doesn't mat the back of my hair like a looped mask does and that the glass beads don't have a scent like a grain- or bean-filled mask does. I'm a NodPod convert!
