Feature rich robot vacuum
I've been impressed by this robot vacuum. It has many more features than previous robots I've owned; this one has some sort of radar to map your house and do a very nice cleaning. It doesn't just randomly go everywhere and hit everything. This one goes where it's supposed to go and where you tell it to clean; it can also do smart cleaning of every room or specific ones. You can add no-cleaning areas to the map so the robot won't go there, which is useful when using the mopping functionality so it won't mess up rugs or carpets. The self-cleaning charging station is a great feature; you don't need to constantly empty the robot's dustbin—the charging base does it as you set it, like after one, two, three, or four cleanings, it will self-empty to the station. The app was very straightforward to set up. I opted to use the Tuya app and not Smart Life, but both are basically the same app with different branding, so they both work as intended with the robot. Mopping is basic; you won't expect this to do heavy cleaning in that area, but for vacuuming, it gets the job done very well. Mopping is more basic maintenance, but it does it well, too. Battery life seems solid so far full charge can do my full house and had juice left to maybe a second pass. So yeah so far this little guy has impressed me. Well worth it.

I love this vaccum!
I've been using the Loorow 3-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop for a few weeks now, and honestly, it's made life way easier. The self-emptying feature is a game-changer—no more constantly dumping out the dustbin. It holds up to 60 days' worth, which is great if you hate chores as much as I do. The vacuuming power is solid (4500Pa means it actually picks up pet hair and crumbs), and the mopping function is decent for everyday messes. The LiDAR navigation is super accurate—it rarely bumps into things or gets stuck. Setup was easy with the app, the WiFi connection has been solid since day 1. It is not noisy at all for the suction power that it offer, and it's nice that it works with Alexa too. If you're looking for a hands-off cleaning solution, this one's definitely worth considering.

Doesn't empty, returned
It doesn't empty. Returned it.The app is illogical. I thought I was buying a vacuum that I could operate with just the buttons rather than fighting with apps. Nope.It was very confusing regarding which button did what and how many seconds to turn it on how many seconds to turn it off how many seconds to get it to actually vacuum. O.M.G!It did a good job of vacuuming once I got it started, but I had to learn how to use the app first. And then when it got stuck, it shut itself off and wouldn't start again until I had to refinable the app. No customer service addressed this and of course there's no one you can talk to or even message. So what could have been a great day, turned into pure frustration and was this far from returning that b****. I finally got it to start after reading the fourth set of instructions. You have one page for I don't know just black and white. Then you get a booklet which has nothing in it about what happens when it gets stuck and you have to restart it. Third piece of paper is a shorter version of all the rest but equally confusing. And the fourth piece I don't know probably just a repeat of all the rest of it also incoherent. Fortunately I'm a person who likes puzzles. If you don't, this is not the product for you.I never even attempted the mopping part which I thought was automatic where it would mop when it hit a floor and vacuum when it hit a carpet. No. I'm assuming that I have to install the mop things and they work instead of or in place of the vacuum. If the instructions were at all clear, despite the multitude of them, I could give you better advice.I was very happy that it managed to find its way back to the recharger and dump out the dirt. Although it made sure to let me know that that's what it was getting ready to do and then The dirt dumping noise was like a 50 gallon trash compactor out front. I had this thing set up so that it would vacuum in the middle of the night every other day and I'm going to change that as soon as I can remember how to do it.Finally, when it vacuums on the low pile rugs, it leaves a pattern as it does this butt-skidding thing, kind of like a scooting dog with an itchy butt. On most of the carpets, including the high pile one, it was good. Only the one with the lowest pile did it scooch a trail along it's path. On the other rug it went back and forth over it a couple times and erased those lines, but on one rug it never stopped doing the butt scooting. However, I was impressed with its power changes that occurred based on various carpet pile heights, although it's timing was off. It would be almost done one carpet by the time it kicked into the high pile and then by the time it got into the high pile setting it was already on the floor part and it was like working not very efficiently, but it did a stupendous job on the terrazzo and vinyl plank. No scratches.

Awesome low price vacuum mop robot
This is my first robot vacuum and mop. I have been testing this for 2 weeks now. This is a low price robot and is perfect for our 1 bedroom apartment. In this price range you don't get a mop but this one includes a mop which is a huge plus. The installation and usage is very easy. The app allows you to customize and map the rooms however you want to. It has all the different cleaning modes (smart cleaning, selected zone cleaning, pin and go, etc) that the fancy robots have. You can also change the setting of suction pressure and water flow for mop.The battery life is very good for my apartment. It can vacuum and mop the whole apartment and the battery only drops to 60% so it never has to stop in the middle of cleaning and go back to charge. The only issue I have I had is that when I ask it to mop then in the beginning the water flow is low so it doesn't do a good job of mopping in the beginning. And I have to ask it to mop again to get some wetness in the floor. This is not a big deal because it still has plenty of battery to do it.Overall I am very satisfied with this product. It has made our life's much easier in terms of cleaning the place. As long as you clear the floor out, it does a great job at cleaning all the debris and dust on the floor. If you are looking for budget vacuum mop combination robot then you won't regret this.
