Well it says refrigerator after opening. If you store in pantry it might go bad quickly

Q: How long it last? Is there an expiration date?

As long as it's in the refrigerator it should last almost forever. I actually still have a small amount left and it's been over a year, and it's still delicious. Darn, now I'd love some salad with that drizzled over it... just don't have the salad part!

Q: does this have sadachi or yuzu flavoring?

I am afraid that it is just a regular citrus flavor not yuzu or sudachi but tasty.

Q: Is this product safe inplastic container, as it has citrus / acid in it ?

I've never had any problem. And it comes in a plastic container.
