The cylinders of wood are smooth with no splinters and fit into the holes just fine. Will help me with recovery hand mobility.

Being a stroke survivor- this works great for strengthening hand coordination. My stroke affected my left side- so being forced to improve left hand coordination is great for a right handed person. Repetition is the key!!
