Q: How long does it take to ship?

I am having similar shipping problem. I ordered on 4/11/2020 and got shipped the same day, and it says the package got dropped off at 4/13/2020 at Cedar Parks TX. However there is no movement after that until today. I contacted the seller many a times and only given answers to wait. Amazon, usps and myself had conference call together and usps informed us they did not receive the package either. Amazon cannot do anything because its a 3rd party seller. I feel like this package has been lost and I am very upset since I need these asap.

Q: In the description it says almost orderless. Does this elastic have a strong rubber smell?

When i received my order the elastic had a very strong odor like vinegar. Still smells a bit.

Q: Where is mandala crafts

My product came from a China ... I checked the tracking number daily & saw notifications as it traveled to Hong Kong & waited in US Customs.

Q: no one answers my messages no one tells me where my order is ...?

You should be able to check the tracking by going to your account and looking at your orders. Unfortunately, I can’t speak to why no one is answering your messages.
