I'm perfectly happy with this item and recommend it for the office or kitchen. My only misgiving relates to price. It's just a simple slot together metal stand with wheels after all, so nothing particularly complicated or expensive in my view. It'll take standard 80-110ltr or so bin bags and the standard 'blue' commercial style paper kitchen towel rolls. Everything works fine, it's easy to put together and sturdy, the paper towels rip along the serrated blade very easily and the bags clip-in and un-clip no problem. We use it in our office kitchen for hand drying and the paper towels are then dropped into the bin liner - easy as pie. The towels can then be recycled along with any other paper stuff we drop in there. So, decent addition to an office or kitchen, including commercial for which it is primarily designed of course.

Thoroughly functional, well powder coated so looks like it will be durable, and a real boon to the workshop. I also found it useful when redecorating the bedroom for stripped wallpaper.
