Absolutely amazed with this product. I always wonder when buying supplements if the actually work but there has been a definate change since taking these. I am very sceptical about products like these. The past couple of years my nails had gotten soft and were always splitting but I must say my nails are hard/stronger for the short period of use. As I always have thick hair not sure if there's any improvement. Don't know about pain relief or hair growth.
