Surprisingly Useful Robot, needs more software API / library support
For reasons, we had to upgrade our security. If you carefully follow directions and have experience setting up home networks, this device is fun for the kids and dogs, and is an excellent stealth camera for the home.I wish it did have gamepad support on the app, but if you’re good with ROS or find some hobbyists on GitHub that have made desktop based gamepad control.Also, without cloud the photos and videos you take aren’t exactly easy to find on iPhone, they don’t show up automatically on my iPhone 13 gallery.Let’s hope this kickstarter project lives on and the founders continue to support the codebase and community. Many more well funded competitors (remember Anki Vector anyone?) have suffered a poor fate in the long run.

Fun but...
Biggest faults: not great offroad, struggles with the motion detection features, slows down with the special features and wont actively search for the area where it can detect the charger.
