This review is for woodyknows nasal dilators. This product is inserted into the nostrils to increase the amount of airflow. The product is advertised for use during exercise but I tested this during sleep as I have issues with mouth breathing at night due to not enough airflow from nose breathing. These did make it more comfortable to breathe at night and I believe it decreased the tendency to mouth breathe. They are reasonably comfortable to wear. You can sort of see them if you look up close as they're not going very far up the nose. Overall they do the job and seem to be working well.

I wore it once in the gym and it gave me a nose bleed 😬

The texture of these breathing aids is very soft and flexible, making them comfortable to use. They do help improve breathing during cardiovascular workouts, and work as intended. This trial pack contains one of every size to find which suits your preference. They are inconspicuous however you can still see them up close.

I have a deviated septum and sometimes have trouble breathing during the night. I ordered WoodyKnows Model 2024 Racer Nasal Dilators in trial size, meaning, it comes in 3 different sizes .I tried it for a bit, and I do feel it helped to breathe in more air. However, I am a bit skeptical as it does dilate your nostrils, and I'm not sure wearing them for a prolonged period of time could make the dilated shape permanent

Los de la marca WoodyKnows son demasiado gruesos y duros para llevarlos puestos durante mucho tiempo.Hay otras marcas con mejor calidad en los materiales y más económicas, como Best Breathe (que es la que he probado anteriormente), que puedes encontrar en Amazon o en farmacias y que son infinitamente mejores, más económicas, más blandas y agradables de llevar. No puedo recomendar los dilatadores nasales de WoodyKnows, ya que son bastante incómodos todo el tiempo, duros y de material poco agradable. Además, ¿para qué tantos tamaños? Aunque sí cumplen su función de mejorar la respiración, pero bueno...
