OutdoorMaster ELK MIPS Ski Helmet - Snow Sport Helmet Snowboard Helmet for Men Women & Youth

Haven't used it yet, just got delivered and am trying it on in my living room. Can already tell it's going to be a great helmet. I have an odd shaped head and usually have a hard time finding helmets that fit comfortably without some kind of weird issue. Saw this on sale at a great price (usually helmets with MIPS are pretty pricey) and figured I'd give it a try. This is the first helmet I've bought that actually fits comfortable and also fits well with my goggles without mashing them down onto my nose. I measured my head at about 22" and got the medium, it's a perfect fit. The back has a BOA style adjuster to make it tighter around your head so you can fit it to your actual head size. I also really like the bungee style goggle lock on the back, seems much more reliable than the typical snap ones that have a tendency to break. The inside is fleece lined and seems nice and warm around the ears. It comes with a little storage bag which I just stuffed the helmet, my goggles and lenses, mittens, and my neck buff into, so that's a nice perk to keep everything together when I toss my stuff in the trunk to head to the hill. Nice shape, stylish, can't complain and doubt I will. At this point all that's left is for it to protect my head, so as long as it does the job there then this will remain a 5 star review.

Low cost and high value. Avid skier in all sorts of terrain - from trees, bumps and the back bowls.... this helmet stands the test of comfortable, durability and its even fashionable After 8 hours on the hill, my ears never bothers me.

I was very satisfied with this purchase. It fit fine and kept my head warm without any hat liner. The vents kept my head from sweating. Probably just as nice as the $200 plus brand names.

Got this as a replacement as I realized my old helmet was over 15 years old! (YIKES) Comfortable and fits well with goggles. I like that it is adjustable so if I want to wear my balaclava underneath on cold days I can as well as not wear it on warm days. May have considered sizing down as it is a little big and sits a little low on my brow when I’m not wearing a balaclava. I have also had a small fall since getting the helmet (nothing serious where I hit my head hard) and the helmet stayed snuggly in place and I felt protected.

Great fit. Love the orange color. Makes it easier for my kids to spot me. Had it for 2 seasons now and would absolutely buy again.

Overall: Based on style and fit, we would recommend this helmet.We ordered two sizes and they fit comfortably for two different head shapes, leaving plenty of room to adjust the sizing with the knob.
