Like most people I took this as a gimic but actually I was really surprised at the result. I felt more alert, had more energy and able to focus. I recommend this product. Take it with a Coffee in the morningm you will start to notice changes within 48hrs

I have had a few raw Shilajit samples bought off Amazon and the only one that has worked in strengthening my immunity system is the Himalayan Shilajit. After taking it for about a month or two, I noticed an improvement in my digestion, energy and sleep quality. The fact that it comes in a decent size container means it will last easily for more than a month is a plus because you can tell if this is truly working or not. Great price good quality!

First time I’ve bought this brand. The Shilajit is rock hard. I have to stand the pot in a bowl of hot water for 10mins before I can get any out then it sticks to the spatula and only half of it dissolves. Maybe I just got a bad batch but having been using it for a few years now it’s the only time I’ve experienced this
