Q: Please help. my lamp will simply not stay put or stop falling down. how can i tighten, adjust or fix this problem? i love tha large glass

I had the same problem with mine. I looked it up online and YouTube’d it to see if there was any way to tighten the joints. I tried to take it apart and see how to tighten it. There was no way to adjust the tension. I then returned it and got another one which now works just fine.

Q: 220 volt transformer?

This lamp comes with a 20V power adapter, with an input range from 100 to 240V.

Q: Is the extension mechanism easy to use and well balanced? My current lamp requires 2 hands to make any adjustments?

When properly mounted, the spring-balanced arm is stable and easy to maneuver with one hand. To adjust the head of the magnifier requires two hands. You must first loosen the mechanism located at the joint between the head and the arm, then position the head and re-tighten the joint.
