Finally ... a vegan D3 gummy with healthy ingredients. I love these gummies! As many reviews state ... they do have a smell like they are stale but they aren't. That might be from the lichen source. They actually taste fine and since D is absorbed best with a fat source - like a nut - I pair it with a macadamia nut which is a sublime combo. These are my go-to vitamin Ds ... besides the sun!

Taste is off when you first put it in your mouth but once you chew it up the taste is very good. Vitamin part works perfect for me.

Ordered this because I have trouble swallowing pills. When I received it, the bottle smelled so old and chalky and the taste of the gummy matched the smell. It was not expired, but it is the worst tasting and smelling thing I’ve ever had. Do not recommend, I rather swallow a pill.

As is the case with many others, my doc said my vit D was low so he told me to take a 5,000 unit supplement. I don’t remember the exact numbers but before starting this supplement 6 months ago, my levels were very low and this last blood panel said I was a little high (not dangerously). So obviously these gummies work well, maybe even a little too well! I saw a bunch of reviews complain about the gummies sticking or being hard to get out of the bottle. I have had 3-4 bottles (of the different sizes) so far and have not experienced any difficulty at all. Also they taste great.
