Let’s just say that taking this blue vervain along with a little bit of skullcap, will put you in a little bit of Alice in wonderland. It’s pretty pretty strong stuff. You will dream. I’m not talking about average dreams. I’m talking about immersive dreams. The kinds of dreams you feel like you’re actually there.

Ever since my doctor recommended Blue Vervain for stress relief, I have been taking this. It tastes horrible, but when I mix it with a small amount of Cherry Limeade from Walmart, it mixes really well with it and tastes just fine. The Cherry Limeade covers up the taste really well. Everyone talks about the taste, but you are supposed to mix it with your favorite drink. I mix it with just one swallow amount of the Cherry Limeade. This was an awesome price for two 4oz. bottles of Blue Vervain.

My daughter takes this extract the night before any big test at school. I think it helps her to calm down and sleep better.

I returned to the Hawaii Pharm version. This one is not potent and did not help with sleep. Actually gave us disrupted sleep.
