Q: Do these come with sleeves & are they long enough to wraps around waist?

Yes they come with sleeves. They are 29cm long so if you want to hold it on the front or around the side of our waist that would work (you can bend them around injuries). They aren't long enough to go all the way around a waist though.

Difficult to measure when frozen, approx. 1.2 cm.

They come with a sleeve but no they aren't long enough to wrap around a waist. They are about the width of your lower back

I use my hot pack to satisfy pain relief on my hip but use cold pack on lower back for disc problems and find them very useful.
