Usb data transfer does not work
When the mobile phone is plugged with the usb ports ( Both type c and type a) it only charges the phone. The data transfer option doesn’t come up

The media could not be loaded. Excellent product. Working perfectly fine.

Faulty item
The product does not work. The most important port for me was the HDMI port, which did not work from the beginning. I could not return the product because by the time I started checking it the return date was over.
