Excellent Value Landing Pad
I received this landing pad and was immediately impressed with the weight that it had, as I was a bit concerned about getting this "budget" pad versus the more professional weighted pads from Hoodman. For my small recreational drones, this pad works perfectly, unfolds and folds effortlessly, and stays put where I put it down. Fully recommended for small-size drones (DJI Tello, DJI NEO, etc).

Great quality, but you have to go big!
The materials and quality is great, but by a larger pad than you think you need. Even the 1.9 pad still allows dirt and debris to fly.

Don't waste your time with flimsy imitations, Hoodman weighted pad is best.
I never thought much about landing pads until I realized the terrain in which drones can take off from. Sure, concrete or asphalt is smooth and even, but what happens in a dirt-grass-uneven or moist area. Other pads do not spread out flat unless you prepare the area. With the Hoodman weighted pad, uneven terrain becomes more manageable than a light one. The wind won't blow this pad over, and with its rigid segments this pad can easily have extra support pushed underneath it for more rugged terrain. This makes set up easier, keeps vegetation back and prevents sand, dirt etc... from being drawn up into drone on take off. It is just a better landing pad.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted something weightedWind resistance:seems to stay on the ground and I do alot of flying along the ocean.I will say that I did think it would be a little bigger. I have an Air 3S and you have to land perfectly for the drone to get on it. Other than that, it works great.

Very good quality, You will appreciated the weighted feature as soon as there is any wind outside.
Good visibility with both green and orange sides.It stays put even in windy days. That is the best feature. Not having to worry about your pad flying off or lifting and damaging your drone.
